This lightweight crescent shawl in three sizes (Petite/Medium/Tall), features a lace hem with a beautifully shaped edge. Quirky lines trace an irregular path between leaf motifs to complete the stunning contrast of light and dark within the pattern. Complex as it might be to the eye, the lace is actually quite simple to work. The garter stitch body is shaped with short rows to create an elegant sweeping curve, easy to wear and keep in place.

Shown here: size medium in Briar Rose Stella, color Black Watch

For the equally pretty stole version, see Twinings.
