A modern take on Grandpa's favorite cardigan, contrasting trim and cabled details make this waffle knit sweater fun to knit and wear! This comfy, midweight cardigan in 10 sizes (XS to L and 1X through 6X) is knit from the bottom up in one piece with raglan shaping. The cozy, “grandpa sweater” look combines a waffle knit texture with braided cabled seamlines and narrow striped detailing—in both crew neck (with standup collar) and V-neck options. With just a bit of seaming to finish, this cardigan is a speedy, relaxing project for any knitter.
