This warm winter cap in five sizes (XS/S/M/L/XL) is worked with a single cable detail to showcase a rustic, earthy yarn. Since this piece knits up super fast on larger needles, it is good vehicle for chunky handspun or slubby yarns, special fibers, or learning to cable. Knit in a softly spun wool, cotton, or exotic fiber blend to get the right drape for the slouchy look pictured here.
Suggested Yarns:
Kent Worsted, Confection Worsted, Chebris Worsted, Better Breakfast Worsted, Targhee Tango Worsted, or any worsted/aran weight yarn with 32 to 40 yards per ounce that knits to pattern gauge.
Substituting yarn and/or needles may result in an overall variation in size.
