Enjoying the knit

I am nearing the end of the first sock and it has been fun! The directions are clear. I especially love the designer’s suggestion of knitting the next size up if your gauge is not spot on. That was what I did since I was knitting this sock pattern with Tosh Twist Light and had maxed out the gauge.

Fabulous socks!

As always, Ann has done it again. Her attention to fit is impeccable and something that I really appreciate. I still remember a course on fitting that I took with her in Montreal and how helpful it was. I confess to having already made a Home Office sweater for my husband and it is now his favourite. It fits so well and the shoulders are such a great detail. The socks are the same and I think they are destined to be a favourite too!
