Witch Elm Mitts

A rich tangle of intertwined cables adorns the back of these sport weight fingerless mitts in two sizes (S/M and M/L). But don’t be fooled by the visual complexity—the pattern is composed entirely of simple, repetitious cable crossings that are easy to keep track of and execute.
The allover cable-and-rib fabric and a tailored thumb gusset provide a snug fit that stays in place, while the cable texture continues up the longer cuff to look great with pushed-up sleeves. The reverse side is worked in rib from bottom to top. Instructions are easily adjusted to be worked on two circular needles if desired.
